SENHS is looking to fill vacant positions for Residential Assistants, in our substance abuse treatment facility. The ideal candidate will have experience with substance abuse treatment or an understanding of addiction, candidates with experience and/or education in social work or other health care fields are encouraged to apply. Duties will include providing support services for inpatient clients, including monitoring client activities, participating in educational and group programming, and providing daily support for residential services, including client admitting/discharge, and documentation. Advanced degrees of education are not required; however a Certified Recovery Support Worker (CRSW) certificate is required within 1 year. The ability to work as part of a multi-disciplined team, with effective written and communication skills is a must. Master’s Level Licensed Clinicians (MLADC, LADC, LICSW, LCMHC)
We are currently seeking qualified Master Licensed Addiction or Mental Health Counselors to join our team. Duties may include providing individual counseling, group therapy, psychosocial education, and supportive interventions that promote sobriety & resiliency. The Admissions Coordinator is responsible for coordinating all aspects of the patient intake process, establishing and maintaining positive relationships with customers, referral sources, responding to customer requests and concerns, and managing the insurance verification and authorization processes. This individual supervises all staff working in the intake/admissions department.
- Coordinates all daily patient referral and intake operations.
- Completes required clinical paperwork and assessments as part of the admission process.
- Ensures compliance with all state, federal, and referral/intake regulatory requirements for admission.
- Assists with the implementation of improved work methods and procedures to ensure patients are admitted in accordance with policy.
- Establishes and maintains positive working relationships with current and potential referral sources.
- Ensures maximum third party reimbursement through participation insurance verification and authorization processes.
- Any other duties as assigned by Management Team.
Full-time position with flexible schedule that could include occasional early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
Licensed Clinician through the NH Mental Health Board (LICSW/LCMHC) or Master Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (MLADC) through the State of NH.
